Front Desk Screener

Description

We are looking for a personable and tech-savvy volunteer to help check-in patients at our front desk registration. These volunteers greet patients and visitors and ensure that patients are able to get registered for any procedures or visits in a timely and efficient manner. Such volunteers must be comfortable with using a laptop to input patient names and procedures into the registration queue as well as ensuring patients have an excellent first impression of NMC Health. We are currently looking for an individual to regularly serve in this role on Wednesday mornings. 

This is an recurring role and will require volunteer onboarding & training prior to service.
