Do you want to bring a little sunshine to our patients and visitors?

We are looking for volunteers to ensure our Sunshine Cart is fully stocked with entertainment, personal care items, and snacks and then take it out to offer these items to patients, visitors, and staff throughout the hospital units and waiting rooms. This role is perfect for those who love people and can be done by oneself or paired up with another volunteer. Our Sunshine Cart is a favorite role those who are interested in brightening days and for pre-healthcare students looking to gain exposure to the healthcare environment and practice interacting with patients and visitors!

Project Volunteers serve on specific, short-term projects in and around NMC Health. These volunteers can serve on a one-time basis or return for future projects. To allow for student or professional involvement, many projects will be offered outside of standard business hours.
