Our mission is to increase the sense of belonging among employees and students. Belonging, in this context, occurs when each individual feels accepted, valued, and encouraged to participate in campus life. The Vice President of Culture and Belonging oversees these efforts along with a team of Culture and Belonging Faculty, Staff, and Student Fellows.
